What is 10×1000 Tech for Inclusion?
10×1000 Tech for Inclusion is an open and global fintech learning platform that enables learners to become drivers of digital economic growth. Our mission is to nurture and inspire 1,000 emerging talents and tech leaders each year for the next ten years. 10×1000 is a philanthropic initiative launched jointly by the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group, and Ant Group in 2018.
What is the 10×1000 Flex learning model?
10×1000’s customized programs are designed to equip you with the mindset, knowledge, and skills to become a driver of digital economic growth. The Flex model allows learners to complete the programs entirely online and at their own pace.
Fintech Foundation Program Flex
A crash course in fintech foundations for practitioners. You’ll learn about the technology that makes fintech possible, best practices in product thinking, how to scale your business, the relationship between digitalization and inclusion, and much more.
Who can apply?
- The Fintech Foundation Program Flex is exclusive to professionals with at least 3 years of working experience, referred by 10×1000 alumni or our global partner network.

- 10×1000 is a philanthropic initiative that has no cost to learners. Acceptance into the program is at the sole discretion of the 10×1000 team.
Completion and Going Forward
All learners who successfully complete a program by passing the quizzes before the deadline will receive a personalized certificate of completion powered by ANTCHAIN.
You’ll be eligible to access all the program content after the program ends. You’ll also enjoy access to continuous learning content from leading experts in finance, technology and thought leadership, as well as the 10×1000 community network.
